Ivy now has her CCD Title!

This month we took a break from Scent Work to go back to Obedience and Ivy attended her first ever pure obedience competitions.

On 10th at Morwell Ivy passed both her tests in CCD (Community Companion Dog) and placed 1st and 3rd.

The next week on the 16th we went to Southern Obedience and Ivy again passed and came 1st.  She also won "Highest scoring bitch in the trial"!!

Ivy will now have the CCD title at the end of her pedigree name.

But there is more....

The very next week on 24th Ivy entered her first CD competition (the next level up from CCD) at Croydon.  She worked beautifully and not only gained her first pass in CD but she came first!

2 days later on 26th we entered the Dogs Victoria Obedience trial where Ivy achieved her 2nd pass and also came 1st in her ring and then was also awarded Highest Scoring Dog in the Trial.  Ivy needs 1 more pass to be awarded her CD title which won't be until next year when trials commence after the summer break.
